    對自己好一點

    去年十月
    剛分組的時候
    因為想要讓激勵team的士氣
    我承諾員工旅遊　要帶他們到日本賞櫻
     
    然而從去年中開始的壞景氣
    也慢慢的影響了律師業
    除了常年法律顧問的續約　考慮再三外
    非到必要關頭　客戶亦不輕言訴訟
    再不然就是希望律師費能夠調整
     
    因此　朋友再三勸誡我
    不要再多花錢讓員工出去玩
    因為他們不見得會感恩
    有讓他們領年終獎金就已經很不錯
    更何況景氣的谷底
    可能會在六,七月才到來
     
    但一方面　我是個重然諾的人
    另一方面　也希望真的可以讓員工可以更努力的工作
    所以這幾天
    我一直在想替代的方案
    例如改去香港三天兩夜
    或去花蓮跟台東泡湯之類的
     
    不過　今年除夕
    我主動發簡訊給員工拜年
    除祝他們跟家人一切順利外
    也希望他們來年更加油
    但居然只有兩個人回我
    （沒主動跟老闆拜年,就已經很沒禮貌了吧）
     
    想到我自己　常常忙到
    午餐或晚餐　都只吃萊爾富的微波食品
    腳上的皮鞋　也穿了很久沒換新
    卻還惦記著要招待員工出國玩
    唉　我看算了吧
    對於這些不會想的小朋友
    我還是對自己好一點　比較實際

    何不讓員工們自己很清楚的知道現在的景氣狀況??
    太過保護及對員工好,會讓他們不知外面景氣狀況.....
    想想自己當員工的時候,常從業務口中得知現在的景氣狀況,不該屬於我的獎賞都不敢多爭取!!
    但現在這樣的好員工,卻是不知從何找起好???
    老闆難為,讓員工和我們同一陣線更難~~
