    行銷方向

    我擔任鐵支人力銀行的法律顧問
    也已經四五個年頭
    我常常覺得 他們的總裁
    是很認真想要經營這個事業
    也砸下了很多錢
    可是無論是市占率或營收
    總是差了查號台人力銀行一截
    到底問題是出在那裡?
     
    最近全球不景氣
    失業潮蔓延
    所以人力銀行都要搶食就業市場
    電視上也不斷播放廣告
     
    查號台的廣告
    是營造一種溫馨的氣氛
    用一些小孩天真的照片
    來說明父母需要工作 才能養育小孩
    並借此來感謝企業主提供工作
     
    而鐵支的廣告
    是兩個求職者在喝咖啡
    然後一個求職者 因為上鐵支
    拿了一堆優惠卷
    覺得俗擱大碗
     
    兩個廣告 沒有誰對誰錯
    但可以很明顯看出公司企業文化的差異
    以及想要打動人心的點
    只是不知道若是求職者
    撇開使用習慣不談
    會選那一個?

    其實,我也認為哪一個廣告都是差不多的.....
    廣告首要傳達的是品牌的Image,
    但是只有Image不足讓這個品牌壯大......
    要有好的業務方針,好的品質,好的客服系統等等
    品牌才能壯大
    查號臺的廣告之外,包含他的發言人,都給人很誠懇的感覺(在不同的節目上的表現)
    這也許就是文化的不同吧!!

    而且我從以前就一直覺得鐵支人力銀行的網路介面很難用~
    但查號台的廣告也太陽春了吧~幾張照片+口白 很省錢~

    感性訴求的軟性廣告,較能影響消費者吧 ?!
