    永遠錄取

    過年前在Yahoo買了幾本書
    大多是衝著書名買的
    有些連作者都沒聽過
    就像有一本一言堂出的　作者叫”周影”
    書名叫”做老闆最愛的員工--永遠錄取”
    我猜應該是把中國出的簡體版
    改成繁體就在台灣賣了
     
    雖然我已經不當員工很久了
    但總是覺得我講的　員工也都沒在聽
    所以看看書本是怎麼寫
    果不其然　這本書雖然是繁體版
    但連用語都很中國化
    但看了一半　覺得他講的
    真的是大多老闆對員工的期望
     
    "忠心耿耿　樂於奉獻　事事主動
    不留藉口　專注如一　聰明工作
    善於溝通　融入團隊　及時充電
    低調做人　節約是本　待人如己”
     
    在這個不景氣　失業率飆高的年代
    我真的建議身為員工的人
    可以找這本書來看
    而且深切思考　身體力行
    會有好處的....

    古話說的好..待人要帶心..你知道那個革命情感嗎...當員工的心態正確了..他就會認同您某些想法.. 那你做起事來就會事倍功半..也就不需想太多期許了
