    心太軟

    三月初時
    為了幫剛從看守所出來的柴山先生 接風
    請他去六福皇宮的留園吃飯
    甜品叫做”心太軟”
    外頭紅棗　內餡是湯圓
     
    柴山說
    大家都覺得他們的行業
    應該是心狠手辣
    但他的缺點
    就是心太軟
    所以不可能為了自己　出賣兄弟
    而心太軟又何嚐不是我的缺點？
     
    就拿要退社這件事來說吧
    本來已經用了要上台大EMBA的理由
    只留到三月底
    可是經過　寬哥跟Winnie不斷請求
    最後　我還是心軟決定待到六月他卸任
    但Vincent呢？ 討論到何時退社的事
    他一句　”任何人都沒辦法影響我的決定”
    就遠遠勝過我...
     
    再拿保成上課的事來說吧
    教了十年補習班　每年我都說沒時間　不再教
    但因為我今年推薦的新老師還沒上手
    經不起補習班以學生權利為名
    我只好答應”最後一次”...
     
    心太軟
    真的不是甚麼好事...

    曾經看過一部電影...把律師比擬成"撒旦" ...
    有權有勢的有錢人和一般小老百姓在法庭上總是有不公平的戰爭出現...
    而大多數的律師總是傾向為錢作事...而不是為真相作事....
    所以...這樣的電影情節才會出現...

    心軟的律師....未嘗不是件好事 ...
